wooo hooo! look memphis is at #2! that makes me
feel like such an outlaw. i've lived her almost 1 year -- no problems thus far! downtown is pretty safe.

I haven't had any problems but I have heard a lot on the news lately. Particularly car jacking's on the east side (where I live).
That's good to hear about Memphis! I've always heard scary things (sad to say) but I'm glad it's safe!!
