Father's Day is this weekend and it's a great excuse (anytime is really) to grill steaks with the pops. Found this interesting salt method (massively salt your steak, like so much salt the pink shouldn't show, 15-30 minutes before grilling and then rinse off with water) through Stephmodo and I think I'll test it out. Dad will be proud.
