Our First Lady will be gracing the March issue of Vogue the Washington Post confirms. She's the second First Lady to be on the cover, Hillary Clinton was the first. She'll also be wearing Jason Wu, the same designer that did her inaugural gown. She must be a big fan.
How ridiculous/cute/weird are these teeny, tiny letters? You write the letter and they'll transcribe them onto 1 x 1.5" stationary and then mail them. They even come with a magnifying glass!
I'm partial to small things since I had a miniature dollhouse growing up so I find tiny things fascinating. But really, who thinks of this stuff and then actual does it? The envelopes are also sealed with a wax seal... yeah, they're sealed.
Desire to Inspire has been one of my favorite blogs for a while. So today when I was visiting my regular sites I was more than surprised to see a house that looked all too familiar. It was my mom's neighbor! I watched this home be built from ground up and it's FABULOUS. I love how they did something completely out of the norm for the area. The detail is unbelievable. I wished that had a picture of the master bath, it's super cool with the water faucet in the ceiling.

This summer my boyfriend, his mom, and her husband went to Vegas for a few days. We went for 2 things. One being the Star Trek Experience. Noble has finally come out of the Trekky closet so when he found out that they were closing down the one and only Star Trek Experience we had to go. It was an experience, very entertaining to say the least. The second reason was to see the Cirque du Soleil's LOVE. It was beyond amazing. Now, granted, I am a huge Beatles fan but this show was jaw dropping good. I had tears in my eyes off and on throughout the whole thing because I'm such a Beatles sap.
With all that said, I keep getting emails from the Mirage offering a-mazing deals to stay at the Mirage for 2 nights and to see LOVE. Like, $318 for 2 nights good deal. I mean really?? That's almost unbelievable since we paid around $150 a piece for our seats. I'm just blown away because that show was so good that I would consider going back if I had the money.
